購票注意事項

1. 本節目網站購票、使用僅接受已完成手機號碼及電子郵件地址驗證之 KKTIX會員，購票前請先"登入KKTIX會員"，並完成"電子郵件地址及手機號碼"驗證，以便進行購票流程，建議可於會員"設定"中的"報名預填資料"先行存檔「姓名」和「手機」，可減少購票時間快速進行下一步。（進行手機號碼驗證，但收不到簡訊怎麼辦？請點我）

2. 每票種限購張數，依各票種設定之最高限購數量為主，再請多加確認。

3. 為了確保您的權益，強烈建議您，在註冊會員或是結帳時填寫的聯絡人電子郵件，盡量不要使用Yahoo或Hotmail郵件信箱，以免因為擋信、漏信，甚至被視為垃圾郵件而無法收到「訂單成立通知信」。

4. 訂單成立通知信可能因其他因素未能寄達，僅提供交易通知之用，未收到訂單成立通知信不代表交易沒有成功，又或是刷卡付款失敗，請於付款期限之內再次嘗試刷卡（即便收到銀行的授權成功的簡訊或電子郵件），若訂單逾期取消，則表示訂單真的沒有成立，請再重新訂購。一旦無法確認於網站上的訂單是否交易成功，請至會員帳戶的"訂單"查詢您的消費資料，只要是成功的訂單，皆會顯示您所消費的票券明細，若查不到您所訂購的票券，表示交易並未成功，請重新訂票。

5. 每位消費者皆需加入 KKTIX 會員，且必須以「真實姓名」、「手機」、「E-mail 信箱」填寫有效個人資訊購票。

6. 雙日超海鳥學生票注意事項：

   (1) 限 12 歲（含）以上，憑「有效學生證」及「雙日超海鳥學生票」電子票券，於現場兌換入場手環。

   (2) 每張學生證限單次使用。若未能出示有效證明之文件，需至現場服務台補足差額購買雙日現場票並兌換手環入場。

   (3) 有效之學生證須蓋至 115-1 學期為止的註冊章或貼紙，或是出示 115-1 學期的註冊學雜費繳費證明。

   (4) 若學生證無註冊章，將依在學證明文件辨認是否為在校生。

   (5) 學生證需附有照片，若無照片，需搭配其他能證明身份的有效證件。

   (6) 應屆畢業生可攜帶應屆畢業證書或下階段入學通知（正本文件），若僅有影本，需同時出示身分證。

   (7) 延畢生需另行向學校申請在學證明以證明學生身份。

   ​​​​(8) 請妥善準備相關證明文件，確保順利完成購票與入場。

   (9) 主辦單位保留最終解釋權。

7. 每人一票，憑電子票券兌換活動手環入場，未滿 12 歲兒童，可免費兌換兒童手環入場。（需由已購票家長陪同並出示有效證件）

8. 活動手環視同有價證券，入場時請確實依照規定佩戴左手並妥善保存，如發生遺失、破損、等無法辨識之狀況，恕不補發，手環亦不得轉售與轉讓使用。

9. 活動遵照及配合中央政府與防疫機關規定，如台灣政府法定傳染疾病疫情加重導致政策限制或天災等不可抗力因素，主辦單位保留隨時修正、暫停或終止本活動之權利，如有變動將另行公告。

10. 本活動提倡自行攜帶餐具，現場也將提供環保餐具租賃服務，活動雙日可洗滌後持續使用，相關餐具租押金服務內容，以官方社群貼文公告為主。

11. 因活動公共安全、救護、酒水販售考量，請所有持票者務必攜帶身分證、健保卡⋯等有效身份證件。

12. 持票者可於票券資料修改期限 11/07（六）上午 09:00 前至 KKTIX 官方網站修正、更改訂單資料。（KKTIX APP 恕無法修改）

13. 如有轉讓票券需求可使用 KKTIX 官網＆KKTIX APP ，轉讓步驟請參考 KKTIX APP 轉讓電子票券教學 ，請務必自行與原購者確認票券有效性，以免造成後續問題。

14. 本次活動入場驗票請出示 KKTIX 官網、信箱成立訂單或 KKTIX APP 之電子票券 QR Code 供現場工作人員査驗，為預防轉售消費糾紛，本次活動入場電子票券 QR Code「禁止使用螢幕截圖」。

15. 如何轉讓電子票券？
    a. 進入 KKTIX 官網 & KKTIX APP > "票券" > 進入"活動票券"
    b. 點擊活動卡片 > 進入"票券資訊"
    c. 右下角票券更多功能按鈕，點擊 "轉讓票券"，即可發起電子票券轉讓
    d. 分享轉讓票券資訊（包含票券編號、轉讓票券代碼）提供給他人接收

16. 如何接收電子票券？
    a. 進入KKTIX 官網 & KKTIX APP 首頁 > "票券" > 進入"接收票券"
    b. 輸入轉讓者提供的票券編號 & 轉讓票券代碼
    c. 確認接收票券的活動
    
    ＊轉讓票券者與接收票券者皆須為KKTIX會員
    ＊接收方需於轉讓期限 48 小時內，完成接收電子票券，逾期則需要重新發起轉讓

17. 2026 浪人祭雙日門票適用成年禮金（文化幣），本年度 13 - 22 歲青年可領取 1,200 點文化幣。2026/01/01（四）起，可先透過文化幣APP進行領取，詳細資格請參照「文化幣使用說明」公告為準。

18. 購票前請詳閱注意事項，一旦購票成功視為同意上述所有活動注意事項。

 

Ticketing Notice

1. To purchase tickets, you must be a registered KKTIX member with a verified mobile number and email address. Before purchasing, please log in to your KKTIX account and make sure your email and mobile number are verified to proceed with the ticketing process. We recommend pre-filling your name and mobile number under “Prefills” in the Settings section of your account to speed up the process.(Experiencing issues receiving the SMS for mobile verification?  Click here)

2. Each ticket type has a specified purchase limit. Please verify the details carefully before placing your order.

3. To ensure your rights, we strongly recommend not using Yahoo or Hotmail email addresses when registering as a member or filling out the contact email during checkout. This is to avoid issues such as blocked, missed, or spam emails that may prevent you from receiving the "order confirmation email".

4. The Order Confirmation Email is for notification purposes only and may fail to be delivered due to various factors. Not receiving this email does not necessarily mean that your transaction was unsuccessful, nor does receiving a bank authorization message guarantee that your payment was completed. If you experience any issues, please try completing the payment again before the payment deadline, even if you have received a successful authorization notice from your bank via SMS or email.
   
   If your order is automatically cancelled due to a missed payment deadline, it means the transaction was not completed, and you will need to place a new order.
   
   Should you be unsure whether your order was completed, please log in to your KKTIX account and check the “Orders” section. All successful transactions will be displayed along with the ticket details. If your ticket does not appear there, the transaction was not completed, and you will need to place a new order.

5. Each customer must register as a KKTIX member and provide valid personal information, including real name, mobile number, and email address, in order to purchase tickets.

6. Student Ticket (2-Day) – Admission Terms & Conditions:

   (1) This ticket is valid for attendees aged 12 and above. To redeem an admission wristband, ticket holders must present both a valid student ID and the electronic ticket for the Student Ticket (2-Day).

   (2) Each student ID may only be used once. If valid student status documentation cannot be presented, the ticket holder must pay the price difference for a Door Ticket (2-Day) at the Service Desk before receiving an admission wristband.

   (3) A valid student ID must bear a registration stamp or sticker for Academic Year 2026–2027, Semester 1, or be accompanied by proof of registration or tuition payment for Academic Year 2026–2027, Semester 1.

   (4) If the student ID does not include a registration stamp or sticker, proof of current enrollment must be presented to verify student status.

   (5) Student IDs must include a photo. If no photo is shown, an additional valid photo identification document must be presented.

   (6) Recent graduates may present either their graduation certificate or proof of enrollment for the next stage of study (original documents only). If only a photocopy is available, a government-issued photo ID must also be presented.

   (7) Students with extended enrollment status must provide an official certificate of enrollment issued by their school.

   (8) Please ensure that all required documents are prepared in advance to facilitate ticket verification and admission.

   (9) The organizer reserves the right of final interpretation of these terms and conditions.

7. Each attendee must present a valid ticket. Tickets will be exchanged for event wristbands upon entry. Children under the age of 12 may enter for free with a child wristband, provided they are accompanied by a ticket-holding parent and show valid identification.

8. Event wristbands are considered valuable vouchers. Attendees must wear them properly on the left wrist as instructed and handle them with care throughout the event. Lost, damaged, or unidentifiable wristbands will not be reissued. Wristbands are non-transferable and cannot be resold.

9. The event will adhere to the regulations set forth by the central government and public health authorities.
   
   In the event of a worsening outbreak of a notifiable infectious disease resulting in policy restrictions, or due to force majeure such as natural disasters or other unforeseeable circumstances, the organiser reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event at any time.
   
   Any updates or changes will be announced separately.

10. To support sustainability, we encourage you to bring your own tableware. Reusable tableware will be available for rent on-site and can be cleaned and reused throughout the three-day event. Please refer to our official social media channels for more detailed information.

11. For public safety, medical services, and alcohol sales control, all ticket holders must bring valid identification, such as a National ID card or NHI card.

11. Ticket holders may revise or update order information via the KKTIX official website before 09:00 AM (GMT+8) on Saturday, November 7. (Modifications cannot be made via the KKTIX mobile app.)

12. Should you wish to transfer your ticket, you may do so via the KKTIX website or mobile app. Please refer to the KKTIX APP ticket transfer guide, and be sure to verify the ticket’s validity directly with the original purchaser to avoid any potential issues.

13. Please present the ticket QR Code from your KKTIX account, confirmation email, or the KKTIX app for verification at the entrance. To prevent ticket resale disputes, screenshots of QR Codes will not be accepted upon entry.

14. How to Transfer an E-Ticket:
    a. Go to the KKTIX Website or KKTIX App > tap “Tickets”
    b. Tap the event card to view “Ticket Details”
    c. Tap the “More Options” button in the bottom-right corner and select “Transfer Ticket”
    d. Share the Ticket Number and Transfer Code with the recipient

15. How to Receive an E-Ticket？
    a. Go to the KKTIX Website or KKTIX App > tap “Tickets” > select “Receive”
    b. Enter the Ticket Number and Transfer Code provided by the sender
    c. Confirm and complete the ticket claim for the corresponding event
    
    ＊Both the sender and the recipient must be KKTIX members
    ＊The recipient must complete the ticket transfer within 48 hours, or the transfer will expire and need to be re-initiated
    ＊Once a ticket is transferred, the original QR code becomes immediately invalid
    ＊Both the KKTIX website and app support ticket transfers and claims

愛心票購票說明

1. 每位身心障礙人士者，可依一般雙日預售票之半價（1,800 元）或單日預售票之半價（1,100 元）購買一張票券，如需陪同者，則陪同者可購買愛心票一張，總票券數量上限為兩張（身心障礙者＋陪同者），入場時需出示有效期限內之身心障礙證明正本核對，且必要陪同者需同時入場。（每人一票入場）

2. 進場時敬請攜帶有效證件，若有未帶證件、資格不符者，屆時身心障礙者與陪同者皆需以現場票價補差額入場，如非本人者等不合規定之事宜，視同放棄入場資格，不得要求退款、變更。

 

Notice for Disabled Tickets

1. Each attendee with Disabilities is eligible to purchase one ticket at a discounted rate of NT$ 1,800 (50% off the 2-day General Ticket) or NT$ 1,100 (50% off the 1-day General Ticket). One companion ticket may also be purchased, with a maximum of two tickets per Disabled Tickets order (1 attendee & 1 companion).
   
   To enter the venue, the original valid copy of Disability Certification must be presented for verification, and the companion must enter at the same time. (Each attendee must hold a ticket.)

2. Please bring valid identification when entering the venue. If the attendee or their companion fails to present the requested IDs or does not meet the eligibility requirements, both the attendee and their companion will be required to pay the difference to the full on-site ticket price. Tickets used by someone other than the eligible attendee will be considered invalid, and no refunds or changes will be granted.

   （請注意：僅限於台灣金融機構開戶所核發之提款卡並已開通「非約定帳戶轉帳」之功能，「線上 ATM」與「實體 ATM」皆可轉帳付款。

3. FamiPort 代碼繳費｜需於 1 天內完成付款
   （請注意：單筆訂單總金額若超過 TWD$20,000 則無法使用FamiPort 代碼繳費方式）

Payment

1. Credit Card | Payment must be completed within 30 minutes.

2. ATM Virtual Account | Payment must be completed within 2 hours.
   Note: This method is only available for debit cards issued by Taiwanese financial institutions that have enabled the “non-designated account transfers” service. Payment can be made via both Online and Physical ATMs.

3. FamiPort Serial Number Payment | Payment must be completed within 1 day.
   Note: FamiPort S/N Payment is not available for each order exceeding NT$ 20,000.
   
   Reminders:
   * This event does not support ticket purchases via convenience store kiosks.
   * KKTIX does not have a fixed ticket release schedule. If a customer fails to complete the registration form within 15 minutes or does not make payment before the deadline, tickets will gradually become available again. We recommend checking the system regularly for any released tickets.
    

黃牛票與詐騙預防

1. 請勿於拍賣網站或是其他非 KKTIX 正式授權售票之通路、網站購票，也不要透過陌生代購進行購票，主辦單位與 KKTIX 均無法保證票券真實性。除可能衍生詐騙案件或交易糾紛外，以免影響自身權益，若發生演出現場無法入場或是其他問題，主辦單位及 KKTIX 概不負責。

2. 欲接受來路不明之論壇、非官方網站販售的 KKTIX 電子票券者，提醒您，票券轉售屬個人交易行為，應自行承擔購票風險、責任與法律糾紛，請多留意賣家資訊，務必留意詐欺售票，也建議您使用官方售票平台購票。

3. 若有任何形式非供自用而加價轉售（無論加價名目為代購費、交通費、補貼等均包含在內）之情事經查屬實者，已違反社會秩序維護法第 64 條第 2 款；且依文化創意產業發展法第十條之一第二項規定，將票券超過票面金額或定價販售者，按票券張數，由直轄市政府、縣（市）政府處每張票面金額之十倍至五十倍罰鍰，而使用機器人搶票更可能面臨 3 年以下的徒刑，請勿以身試法！

4. 若您在網路上發現任何加價販售活動票券的情況，或者有人使用外掛程式、虛假資料或掃票機器人搶票，請至文化部「#檢舉黃牛專區」檢舉，並建議將相關資料提供予主辦單位。

 

Anti-Scalping & Fraud Prevention

1. Do not purchase tickets from auction sites, unofficial sources, or through unknown third-party agents. Only tickets purchased through the official KKTIX platform are guaranteed to be valid. The organiser and KKTIX will not be responsible for any fraudulent or invalid tickets, nor for disputes or denied entry resulting from unauthorised purchases.

2. Purchasing KKTIX e-tickets from unofficial sources (e.g., forums or resellers) is a personal transaction at your own risk. Please carefully verify seller details and avoid potential scams. We strongly advise using the official ticketing platform.

3. Any unauthorised resale of tickets for non-personal use at a markup (whichever entitled handling, transportation, or service fees) violates Article 64-2 of the Social Order Maintenance Act. Additionally, per Article 10-1(2) of the Development of the Cultural and Creative Industries Act, reselling tickets above face value is punishable by fines of 10 to 50 times the ticket price. Use of bots to snatch tickets may result in up to 3 years’ imprisonment. Please do not violate the law.

4. To report ticket scalping, fraudulent software use, or bot-assisted ticket snatching, please file a report through the Ministry of Culture’s official Scalping Reporting System and notify the event organiser with any relevant information.
   
   

KKTIX 文化幣使用注意事項

1. 使用期間：以文化部「文化禮金專區」公告為準，逾期失效。

2. 僅支援 KKTIX 網站購票使用，付款方式含信用卡、ATM 虛擬帳號、全家 FamiPort 代碼繳費。

3. 除上述購票方式外，KKTIX APP 等其他購票方式皆不適用文化幣折抵付款。

4. 為確保瀏覽順暢，使用文化幣購票建議以電腦操作，並以 Google Chrome 瀏覽。

5. 文化幣不得用於扣抵退票手續費，如自付票券金額不足以支付退票手續費時，需以匯款方式將退票手續費補足後，始能完成退票申請流程。

6. 使用文化幣折抵票款之票券，退票時僅退還扣除折抵額度及退票手續費後之金額，原折抵額度將另行退回您的成年禮金帳戶中，抵用金額退還相關問題請洽文化幣平台客服信箱。

• 舉例說明：消費者購買一張票價 $1,000 的票券，使用文化幣折抵$100，實際支付$900，其退票手續費及退款金額如下：
  (1) 退票手續費：以票面金額 $1,000 計算，如活動採用退票方案二，則收取票面金額 $1,000 *5% 手續費 = $50。
  (2) 退款金額：票面金額 $1,000 - 文化幣 $100 - 退票手續費 $50 = $850，實際收到 $850 之退款金額（申請匯款方式退款者會再扣除匯款手續費）。

7. 文化幣未盡事宜或有任何異動，均以文化部「文化禮金專區」最新公告為準。

8. 提醒您！訂單一旦「成立並完成付款」後，發現忘了使用文化幣或未成功折抵文化幣金額，皆無法再使用文化幣，請務必在「取票繳費」步驟確認訂單明細及金額後再進行付款。

 

退票方式說明

1. 本活動委由 KKTIX 代為處理退票退款事宜。

2. 根據文化部訂定「藝文表演票券定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項」第六項「退、換票機制」之規定共有四種方案之退換票規定，本節目採用方案二：消費者請求退換票之時限為購買票券後三日內（不含購票日），消費者請求退換票者，KKTIX收取 5% 退票手續費；購票三日後則無法退票，請詳閱 KKTIX 代理退票辦法。

3. 活動如台灣政府法定傳染疾病疫情加重或其他不可抗力因素，主辦單位保留隨時修正、暫停或終止本活動之權利，如有變動將公告於浪人祭臉書粉絲專頁。

• 忘記帶票怎麼辦？

網路購票者將於現場提供 KKTIX 購票憑證，活動入場工作人員以 KKTIX 官網 & KKTIX APP 或 Email QR Code 掃描為主，如無法出示票券 QR Code 則視同未購票。如有特殊情況請洽服務台，活動單位保有最終決定解釋權。

 

Ticket Refunding Policy

1. Refunds of this event will be processed by KKTIX on behalf of the organizer.

2. Refunds can be requested within 3 days after purchase (excluding the purchase date).

• A 5% processing fee will be charged by KKTIX for each refund.

• No refunds will be accepted more than 3 days after the purchase date.

• Please refer to KKTIX’s official refund policy for details.

3. In the event of a worsening outbreak of a notifiable infectious disease or other force majeure circumstances, the organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event at any time.
   
   Any updates will be announced on the official Vagabond Festival Facebook page.

• What if I forget to bring my ticket?
  If you purchase your ticket online, please present the QR Code from your KKTIX account, the KKTIX mobile app, or the Order Confirmation Email at the entrance for verification. If you are unable to show the ticket, you will be regarded as not having a valid ticket. For exceptional circumstances, please contact the information desk. The organizer reserves the right to make final decisions.

 

現場注意事項

1. 本次活動將設有「野餐墊專區」，可搭設野餐墊、簡易帳篷（高110＊長200＊寬120公分內大小）、板凳、折疊椅等物品，「野餐墊專區」外請勿搭設以上物品及任何形式墊高的物品（包含舞台前方），活動全區不得架設天幕，指定開放「野餐墊專區」請詳見後續浪人祭官方社群貼文公佈之「活動場域圖」為主。
   
   
2. 本次活動將設有「指定吸菸區」，請依活動場域地圖標示之吸菸區為主，有抽菸需求者請利用「指定吸菸區」。
   
   
3. 現場全面禁帶「一次性包裝」之外飲、外食，惟以循環容器盛裝的飲食不在此限。因人潮眾多，活動出入口將安檢隨身袋包，相關現場規範請詳見浪人祭官方社群貼文公佈之「活動行前通知」為主。
   
   
4. 禁止使用閃光燈及攜帶雷射筆、煙火或任何刀械、尖銳、人身威脅之危險物品，入場時需經檢查攜帶物品程序。
   
   
5. 禁止攜帶蠟燭、煙火、信號彈、煙霧彈或任何易燃物品。
   
   
6. 禁止攜帶遙控無人機，無主辦單位允許及相關法規申請，則禁止飛行拍攝。
   
   
7. 禁止攜帶加壓型噴霧、噴霧瓦斯、瓦斯罐、煤油等易燃物品。
   
   
8. 禁止攜帶任何可投擲、發射或具有噴射功能的物品。

 

On-Site Reminders

1. A “Designated Picnic Mat Zone” will be available. Within this area, attendees may set up picnic mats, small tents (maximum size: H110*L200cm*W120cm), stools, and foldable chairs. Outside the Picnic Mat Zone, these items and any elevated setups—including those in front of the stage—are strictly prohibited. Canopies are not allowed in any area of the venue. Please refer to the official site map, to be published on Vagabond Festival’s social media and website, for detailed zone locations.
   
   
2. A “Designated Smoking Area” will be provided outside the venue and clearly indicated on the site map. Attendees who wish to smoke must use these areas only. Smoking in non-designated outdoor areas may result in fines imposed by the Public Health Bureau. Please be mindful of the regulations and cooperate accordingly.
   
   
3. All outside food and drinks in “single-use disposable packaging” are prohibited. Only items in reusable containers will be allowed. Bag checks will be conducted at all entrances for safety reasons, due to high attendance.
   
   
4. DO NOT bring laser pointers, knives, sharp objects, or items that threaten personal safety.
   
   
5. DO NOT bring candles, fireworks, flares, smoke bombs, or any flammable items.
   
   
6. DO NOT fly remote-controlled drones without the organizer’s permission and relevant regulations.
   
   
7. DO NOT bring pressurized spray, gas cans, kerosene, or other flammable items.
   
   
8. DO NOT bring any items that can be thrown, fired, or have a spraying function.
